CENTRO DE IMAGEM DIAGNÓSTICOS S.A. ("Company" or "Alliar"), pursuant to article 157, paragraph 4 of Law 6,404/76 and the Instruction 358/02 of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission ("CVM") inform its shareholders and the market in general that it has finalized its CEO succession process. Mr. Fernando Machado Terni will step down as CEO to join Alliar´s Board of Directors and will be replaced by Mr. Sami Foguel.

Mr. Sami Foguel holds an engineering degree from UNICAMP and an MBA from the University of Michigan, having served as CEO of TIM Participações S/A, Chief Operating Officer of TAP Air Portugal e Customer Operations Vice-President of Azul Airlines. He also served as Vice-President of Product, Segments, CRM and Customer Experience at HSBC Bank in Brasil and as Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company.

The Company thanks Mr. Fernando Machado Terni for his valuable contributions and dedication as CEO since 2012. During his tenure, Alliar consolidated itself as one of the biggest companies in the medical diagnostic segment in Brazil, being recognized for the quality of its services and the use of innovation and technology for operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. Mr. Terni will continue to contribute to Alliar as a member of the Board of Directors, replacing Mr. Carlos Thiago de Souza Araújo.

The Company also thanks Mr. Carlos Thiago de Souza Araújo for its contributions, having acted as a member of the C-level Team and of the Board of Directors, and wishes him success in his next challenges.

Mr. Fernando Machado Terni remains as effective CEO until Mr. Sami Foguel election is duly
formalized in the next Board of Directors’ meeting.
